Shipping & Returns

As a consumer, you reserve the right to cancellation as follows: Cancellation advice / Right to cancellation You can cancel your contract statement within two weeks without having to give a reason; this cancellation statement must be made in text form (i.e., by letter, fax, or e-mail); also by returning the item to us within this time period. This period begins, at the earliest, upon receipt of this advice. To observe this deadline period, it is sufficient to promptly send the cancellation or return the item. The statement/return package is to be addressed to: Flatlift TV Lift Systeme GmbH Niedesheimer Straße 15 D-67547 Worms Consequences of cancellation In the event that the cancellation takes effect, the mutually received services are to be reimbursed, along with any additional benefit (i.e., interest). If you are unable/only partially able to reimburse to us the service received and/or return the item to us in a worse condition than at the time of delivery, you are insofar obligated to reimburse us for this lost value. In the event of the surrender of goods, this does not apply if the worsening in the condition of the item can be directly and exclusively attributed to ist inspection (as you would have done while still in the shop). You can also avoid the obligation to reimburse lost value by not utilising the item in the same manner as your own property and avoiding any and all actions which may decrease the value of the item. Any items which can be shipped in a package must be returned in this manner. You must bear the shipping costs for the return of the item if the delivered goods are the same as those ordered, and when the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed 40 EUR, or if at the time of cancellation, you have not yet provided the service in return or made an instalment payment pursuant to the contract concluded by us. In any other case, the return shipment is free of charge to you. Items which cannot be shipped in a package will be picked up at your location. You must fulfil any obligations for the reimbursement of costs within 30 days of sending your cancellation statement.
